David Leigh, recreational athlete and co-owner of Memphis Myofascial Release, is a former Division I collegiate cross country runner and accomplished multi-sport athlete from the University of Arizona. He has competed in a range of events including local running races; sprint, Olympic, and Ironman triathlons; and World Age Group Triathlon Championships in Italy. After suffering for years with a repetitive stress injury without relief from traditional therapy, he found Myofascial Release, which has allowed him to return to active running.
